Current making of an RP

I'm currently in the process of making a Role Play chat on the Deviantart chat boards. I'm in the process of testing ideas and executing features to create a successful RP that most will enjoy.

What's done so far:

- Rules and regulations list
- Character acception list
- Setting decision

What needs to be done:

- Plot points need some working-out
- More villain choices
- Other specific details and features

Main overview of the RP (so far):

A mysterious figure who calls himself "The Game Master" has put a master plan into use - to control all beings and reshape the world to his desire. Obviously, this is highly frowned upon, if you catch my drift. The Game Master was forced to conduct his plans ingocnito for obvious reasons, but the threat is still very real. The story takes place in the town of Rougeport...yes, the very same one from "Paper Mario 2: The Thousand Year Door". I'll explain more on this later, but...The Game Master is hidden in the reigon of Rougeport somewhere. His plans must be stopped before the unthinkable happens.

The characters I will accept for the RP are as follows:

Original characters or OC's, Video Game characters, and...to some degree, Anime characters.
